It replaced the system and spreadsheets they ran on. They now invoice over 1,500 trips from it.
The problem
Transportes Acaya ran on its previous system and spreadsheets nobody could edit at the same time, and invoiced by hand.
What I did
01 / 03
I gathered the requirements and built the platform.
A 4-state trip lifecycle, per-client fares, purchase orders, third-party settlements and access control with 3 roles.
02 / 03
I integrated Costa Rica's e-invoicing (Hacienda v4.4)
Receipts are generated as XML and signed with the .p12 digital certificate (XAdES).
03 / 03
I automated Excel and PDF reports.
And real-time notifications on every trip status change.
Results
- Over 1,500 trips managed and invoiced from the platform.
